      All Remote Support sessions are fully encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and government-approved 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption combined with RSA public/private key encryption.

    • Can you recover data from my crashed hard drive?

      Yes. We have tools needed to recover your data. We will attempt to recover data via a number of methods including several software based recovery programs. Gotham City Technologies does not have a clean-room environment. If a hard drive needs new parts or needs to be taken apart we refer our customers to an offsite labratory. We have a 95% success rate on data recovery.
